Pastry Chef Casey Shiller, CEPC, CCE, AAC

Casey Shiller, CEPC, CCE, AAC is the Program Coordinator of Baking and Pastry Arts for St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. Shiller was named the ACF’s National Chef Educator of the Year in 2012, and named the 2013 ACF Chefs de Cuisine Association of St. Louis’ Chef of the Year. Shiller was named Teacher of the Year for St. Louis Community College in 2010, and received Missouri Governor Jay Nixon’s Excellence in Teaching Award in 2011. In addition to teaching, Chef Shiller is the Executive Pastry Consultant for Jilly’s Cupcake Bar and Café. In June, 2011, Chef Shiller was the winning contestant on the nationally-broadcast Television Food Network program, Cupcake Wars, and was featured again on the program in January, 2012, and May, 2013, bringing home a second win for the St. Louis cupcake shop. Shiller has been featured in numerous textbooks and periodicals, as a subject matter expert for the baking and pastry industry. Shiller’s extensive community volunteerism focuses on the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation, and the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation. Shiller, and his wife Anne, enjoy travelling, attending theater, and are avid St. Louis Blues ice hockey fans. Their four-year-old daughter, Allison, will become a big sister in June, 2020 as the Shiller’s welcome a little boy into the world.

Butch is a folk and blues singer songwriter. Self taught musician since the age of 13 in 1965.  He plays a variety of music from Beatles, CCR, Steve Earle, blues, original, classical. Butch hosted an open mic at the Stagger Inn in Edwardsville, IL on Sunday nights for 35 years, has been seen at the Broadway Oyster Bar and in Stl, Grants Farm, the Festival of Nation’s, not to mention numerous bars and wineries on both side of the river in the St. Louis area.

Tarah M. Williams is often called super woman. She is a published author, motivational speaker, life coach, mother of 3, and business owner and operator. She focuses on ministry, mindset, and mental health. Her business, Stalk Your Destiny, deals with Identity, Direction, and Accountability. She uses her line of planners to help others master time management in both their personal and business lives.

Tarah started a ministry called Tea Time with Tarah which is a talk therapy as well as leadership training that focuses on what she calls The ABC’s to Stalk Your Destiny and Mental Health. Here she speaks on topics such as Accountability, Balance, and Focus. Her book “PERMEATE” is a combination of the topics she discussed with the community in her first year of ministry.
